Emitted to allow external systems to synchronize with the framework's limit order lifecycle: open (limit filled) and close (position exited).
Note: Only covers the scheduled → pending → closed lifecycle. Signals that were never activated (cancelled scheduled signals) do NOT emit SignalOpenContract.
